Developed and tested by and with Kavalkade's partner and professional event rider “Jérôme Robiné”. The 2-point breastplate “Jérôme” made of high-quality oiled European leather is attached exclusively to the sides of the saddle to prevent the risk of threading with the front hooves. The wide and soft chest pad provides sufficient support for the saddle thanks to the lateral attachment and prevents it from slipping backwards. The anatomical shape and the elastic on the side straps give the horse the freedom it needs for jumping and eventing: Sufficient legroom and no constriction of the shoulder. The soft padding at the withers and the underlaid rings and buckles also provide the horse with extra comfort. The contrasting stitching and the decorative embroidery on the breast pad with the Kavalkade emblem make the breastplate look elegant despite its functionality. Oiled leather is vegetable tanned and has a natural grain. It is treated with high-quality oils during the tanning process, making it very soft and water and dirt repellent. As a result, the leather remains supple, hard-wearing and easy to care for for a long time. The special patina that develops with use is by no means a flaw, but gives the product an unmistakable personality, individuality and character.

Washing Instruction:

Remove dirt with a cloth and treat with suitable care products as required. For longer storage, clean thoroughly and store in a bag to protect it from sunlight, dust and moisture. Due to the unique nature of leather, oil residues can transfer to other surfaces. Avoid prolonged and direct contact with light-colored fabrics, permeable surfaces and other leather that could inadvertently absorb the oil.
