Our Return Policy
We offer a voluntarily extended return period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This allows you to try on your purchase comfortably at home.
For orders placed between 24 November 2025 and 15 December 2025, we voluntarily extend the return period to 60 days.
Registering and Sending Your Return
- Log in to our shop or app using the email address you used for your order. This works even without a customer account. You will receive a one-time login link by email.
- Open your order overview and select the order you wish to return.
- Register the items you would like to return.
- After registration, you will receive your return label by email.
Once you have received this email, your return label will also be available for download at any time in your order overview. - Pack your items securely and attach the return label to your parcel.
Once your return has been registered, you will receive further information by email on how to prepare and send your parcel correctly.
Return Costs
We provide a free return label for your order. A flat fee of 1,99 € per order will be automatically deducted once from your refund.
Condition of Returned Items
Please note that we can only accept items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Further details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Please note: After successfully registering your order via this link, you will receive a free return label from our shipping partner.
For your return, please only use the DHL return label provided by us.
Important Tips for Your Return
- Always ask for a shipping receipt with a tracking number when sending your parcel. Keep this receipt until your return has been fully processed.
- Returns are usually processed within 1–2 weeks after arriving at our warehouse. Once your return has been completed, you will receive a separate confirmation email.
- We do not accept liability for returns sent at your own expense.
