Hoof balm with oil of laurel. Promotes hoof growth and elasticity of the hoof horn.
This hoof balm is designed for all healthy and problem hooves! Whether too soft or too hard – Equidura hoof balm controls the horn moisture of any hoof. Equidura hoof balm with oil of laurel improves the elasticity of the hoof horn and keeps it healthy. Equidura penetrates deeply into the hoof wall and hardens the hoof from inside. As the pores are not sealed, it maintains the respiration of the hoof horn. Equidura hoof balm reliably protects the hooves from becoming dry in summer or because of a dry bedding as well as from softening because of being exposed to moisture as e.g. water and urine.Equidura restores the hoof horn's content of moisture in a natural way, and the horn firmness improves. The hoof horn recovers its elasticity, which means prevention of cracks as well as of common hoof problems like brittle hooves. If the horse is shod, the horseshoes hold much longer.

INCI: paraffinium liquidum, vaseline, paraffinium solidum, oil of laurel.

Usage Instruction:

Depending on the condition of the hooves, Equidura® is applied as follows: If hooves are too dry: Allow the hooves to soak in water for a few minutes before application. Then apply Equidura® only to the outer hoof wall and the coronet band. Do not grease the sole and the frog. If hooves are too soft: Apply Equidura® to the dry hooves and the coronet band. Treat the sole of the hoof and, if necessary, the frog. However, the frog should be dry and healthy before application. For pasture horses or training on wet ground Apply Equidura® beforehand.
