Description

Horses in training and competition are constantly exposed to environmental changes and stresses that can affect gut function. Harmony helps stabilise the gut flora to make the horse less vulnerable to environmental changes, stress, feed changes and cold. A change of environment is not just a change of stable or owner. Foreign places for training or competition can also affect the horse. Sensitive and nervous horses are more likely to be affected by stress. Owners should therefore make sure that the stress factor is not too high and that nervousness does not persist. A change of feed is not only a change of roughage and concentrate, but the autumn/winter season reduces grazing, which means less fresh grass, etc. Stabilising the intestinal function can therefore also contribute to an improvement in the general condition as well as the performance of a horse.
