Leather bit with chin strap. The chin strap attached to the bit keeps the bit in the correct position. Adjust the chin strap so that there is a finger's width of space between the buckle and the chin.
Place the bit in sunflower oil overnight before use to make it supple. For proper care of the bit, it is recommended to regularly place it in sunflower oil. You should always use the bit for the same horse. Never use leather grease or leather oil! Clean the bit after each use with water and a soft brush.
